10 Squat Thrust
50 High Knees
5 Skaters Per Side + 10 Squat Thrust
15 Burpees
3 Sets

5 Touch Jumps + 5 Push ups
50 Mountain Climbers
10 Touch Jumps + 10 Push ups
50 Mountain Climbers
15 Touch Jumps + 15 Push ups
15 Burpees
3 Sets

20 Steering Wheel + 20 Curls
100 Explosive Punches
20 Steering Wheel + 20 Curls
50 Explosive Punches
20 Steering Wheel + 20 Curls
15 Burpees
3 Sets

Try to complete 1 full set without stopping if you can then take a 1 to 3 min break before you do the next set of exercise. Its much better to get at each set a 100% and try to be Explosive the best you can.
